What Size/Resolution of a Picture Should I Send? |
We suggest pictures be taken with at least a 6 megapixel (6mp) digital camera. It's not to say we can't blow up a smaller resolution picture, but the results are better with a higher resolution. |

What File Types Do You Accept? |
.jpg, .pdf, .eps, .psd, .doc, .ppt, .cdr,etc... The Website can automatically quote .jpg files. We can print almost any file you send us. |

This can be as short as a few days to a week. Printing itself is quick, but sometimes it takes a customer a few days to get back to us to approve the proof. We do not start printing until the proof is approved. |

What if you Cannot Get The Picture I Uploaded To Work? Do I Still Have To Pay? |
We will try to get your picture to work. Sometimes it's just not possible because the picture is not good enough to begin with. If this happens (you have not approved the proof, and we have not started printing), and you do not have another picture you would like to try, we will refund your money . |

What Types of Pictures Will Snap Poster Not Print? |
Of course we will not print anything that is illegal. If we are re-printing a picture taken by a professional photographer, you must agree you have their consent. If you have a "special" picture taken that shows some nudity, we will print it as long as it legal and you have everyone's consent. |

How Big of a Picture can Snap Poster Print? |
We have the ability to print 54" wide by any length. The picture's original resolution usually determines how large we can print. |
